A rule pack is your compliance policy written down in a form software can apply to every output, one rule at a time. This demonstration runs a pack of nine rules covering EU AI Act obligations and Irish and UK conduct requirements. A pilot runs your rules, not ours.

Three things happen to every draft, and they are deliberately separate. First it is scored — for accuracy, for how it handles risk and ethics, and for compliance — disclosure, grounding, and not overstating what it knows. Then the controller checks those scores against the release thresholds: a routing decision, made on numbers alone. Then governance reads the draft against the rule pack and decides whether it may be released at all.

Governance is the authority. It can hold a release the controller approved, and it says which rule it relied on. That is why you sometimes see a high score and a held decision on the same screen: the score says the draft is good, and the rule says a human has to see it first.

Nothing is released without an affirmative governance decision. Silence is not permission.
